Contract Manufacturing/Assembly

Royce is an ideal source for off-loading of peek production demands or for those intensive operations not suited for your in-house production. In addition, we can provide complete testing, engineering assistance and special packaging.

Stocking and KANBAN

Royce will work together with your purchasing staff to establish appropriate stocking levels and safety stock. Working from your Material Requirements, we will provide a continuous, reliable flow of components and/or assemblies right to your manufacturing floor. Royce is also experienced in the Kanban in-house stock replenishment system.

  • Customized Testing: Let Royce design a customized test program to insure the highest quality assembly. We can provide function, flow, and leak detection tests with a number of different medias.
  • Special Packaging: Royce can produce special packaging to ensure proper protection for your device or product while it is in transit. Packaging can incorporate bar coding, instuction manuals, assembly instructions, warranties and more.
  • Wire Cutting & Stripping: Royce uses the latest wire processing equipment for precise cutting and stripping.
  • Fitting Taping: Automatic machines can apply the correct amount of Teflon tape for precise fitting insertion.
