About Us

In 1994 Royce Industries was started as a distributor of industrial fluid control products. We quickly expanded into valve-add services. For example: wire and tubing harnesses, fitting and terminal connections and custom packaging. This grew into creating complete sub-assemblies for top OEM manufacturers in diverse industries. In 2003 we began to incorporate our own product designs and manufacturing capabilities with the introduction of the Flexi-Sensor and Smart-Cap product lines.

Today we continue to balance that blend of distributor / Manufacturer to meet our customers requirements. Throughout our history, our parts and assemblies have been incorporated into critical equipment serving a wide variety of industries. Specifically, medical equipment, marine, automotive, food and beverage equipment, humidifiers, semiconductor processing and power generation are just a few.
